Mobile & Remote Clients
Here's what we need from our mobile and remote clients:
* **Electronic Submission:** Upload your information electronically through our secure Client Intake system. Once your intake form is complete, you'll receive a link to upload supporting documents and schedule a document review.
* **Mailing Correspondence:** Mail any necessary documents to our Headquarters: 14311 Cerise Ave #204 Hawthorne, CA 90250.
* **Drop Box Availability:** We have a drop box available at our office doors Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. Please use this drop box for submitting original documents.
**Important Note for New Remote Clients:** Please be advised that all new remote clients must complete the New Client Form before we can begin providing services.
